Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and available for purchase both
online and in-store. While we make every effort to keep our listings updated,
an item may sell in-store before an online purchase is processed. We reserve
the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time, including after an order
has been placed. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you
as soon as possible.

All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable. The total order
cost includes the item price plus any applicable delivery charges. While we

All of our items are priced according to their condition. Therefore the items are ‘Sold as seen’

Once an item has found its new home, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Certain furniture pieces, particularly upholstered items, may not meet
modern fire safety regulations. Buyers purchasing these items for use in a
domestic setting must ensure they are reupholstered in compliance with local
fire safety laws. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this requirement.

You confirm that any payment card used is yours and is subject to verification by the card issuer. If authorization is refused, we will not be liable for non-delivery.
